How do I keep my progress on a new phone?
Create an account before you switch: open Settings in the lobby, tap Create account / Sign in, and choose Apple, Google or email. On the new phone, sign in with the same account. A guest account stays on the phone where you play.
I bought Five Stack Pro, but I don’t have it.
In the lobby, tap your credits to open the Store. Tap the Five Stack Pro card, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
My credits didn’t arrive after a purchase.
Open the app again while you are online: an unfinished purchase completes then. If the credits still don’t arrive, email us with the order ID from your Apple receipt.
How do I cancel Five Stack Pro?
For the monthly plan: in the app, open Settings › Subscription › Manage subscription. You can also go to iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the plan renews. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your free week ends, you are not charged.
Pro for life is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles every payment and refund. Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why did World Match give me a computer rival?
World Match looks for a real player for about 7 seconds. When no one is free, you play a computer rival, so you never wait.
What happens if my rival leaves?
If your rival leaves a live match, you win it.
How do I play with a friend?
Tap Invite a Friend in the lobby. Create a match, choose the entry, and share your 7-digit code. Your friend taps Invite a Friend, then Join a friend, and enters the code. You both play for the same entry.
How do I change my display name?
Tap your avatar in the lobby to open your profile, change your display name, and tap Save.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
Go to iPhone Settings › Notifications › Five Stack.
How do I stop ad tracking?
Go to iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and turn off Five Stack.
How do I turn analytics off?
Open Settings in the lobby, and turn off Share analytics under Privacy. Our Privacy Policy is under Privacy, too.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the lobby and tap Delete account. This deletes your account and your progress right away, and you cannot undo it. Five Stack Pro stays with your Apple Account, so you can restore it later. Unused credits are lost.
Something isn’t working.
Close the app fully and open it again, check your internet connection, and update to the latest version from the App Store. Still stuck? Email us.
How to play
Five columns, five poker hands. Build your board one card at a time and win more columns than your rival.
- Turns. The first row is dealt. On your turn, place one card in an open slot of the active row, and fill the row before you move down. Each turn has 30 seconds. When time runs out, your card goes to an open slot.
- The final move. Swap one bottom-row card with the bonus card, or keep your hand.
- Scoring. Each column is a poker hand. The stronger hand wins its column, and equal hands tie. More winning columns win the match.
- When hands match. Compare the cards that make the hand first, then the remaining high cards. An ace can be low in A–2–3–4–5. Suits never break a tie.

Ways to play
- World Match. One on one with a player anywhere, or with a computer rival when no one is free. Choose your entry first.
- Invite a Friend. A private match with a 7-digit code.
- Daily Challenge. Every player gets the same cards and one attempt a day. The top 10 on the day’s board win credits.
- Showdown. Pick the stronger hand before the clock runs out. It costs credits to enter, and it is free with Five Stack Pro.
Credits and rewards
Credits are the game’s currency. They have no cash value, and you cannot cash them out.
- Earn credits from the daily bonus, the Lucky Wheel (every 3 hours), daily quests, level gifts, and ads you choose to watch in Watch & earn. You can also buy credit packs in the Store.
- Spend credits on match entries, on Showdown, and on a Streak Freeze, which keeps your streak safe on a day off.
- Entries. A win pays the net reward shown before the match. A loss costs your entry. A drawn match leaves it unchanged.

What Pro gives you
- No ads between matches.
- Insights: your book of hands, your title, your records and your form.
- Showdown at any time, with no entry (it pays XP, not credits).
Choose the monthly plan, with a free first week for new subscribers, or Pro for life with one payment. The App Store shows the price for your country.
Manage or cancel the monthly plan in Settings › Subscription. To restore Pro, open the Store, tap the Five Stack Pro card, then Restore purchases.
Your account
- Guest. You can play right away, with no sign-up. Your progress is saved to a guest account on this phone.
- Create an account to keep your progress on any phone: Settings › Create account / Sign in, with Apple, Google or email.
- Already have an account? When you sign in to it from a guest, the app asks first, then merges your guest progress into it. You keep the higher credit balance of the two.
- Delete your account in Settings › Delete account.
